InsightAutoAudit · audit operations cloud

Run every field audit on one governed network.

Multi-site compliance still runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp photos and a scattered bench of freelance auditors. AutoAudit takes a requirement, routes it to the nearest capable auditor, runs it against a clause-locked template, screens every submission and releases a verified report and a payout — end to end, on the record.

  • 1,048 certified templates
  • 12 industry domains
  • 100% of submissions screened

WhySound familiar?

Three things we hear in every first conversation.

From compliance, retail-ops and quality heads running multi-site audits. Composite quotes from discovery calls — the problems are real; the names are left out.

AutoAudit: The problem, before AutoAudit
One of 240 stores due for an audit this month
  1. “Evidence arrives on WhatsApp, three days late.”

Photos, checklists and scores come back in pieces, and nobody can prove what actually happened at the store.

Head of complianceReports a week after the visit

  2. “We call around until someone says yes.”

The nearest auditor is busy, the best one is in another city, and assignment is a phone call nobody can defend.

Operations managerHours of coordination per audit

  3. “Some audits were filled in from a desk.”

Recycled photos and impossibly fast submissions slip through, and a disputed score has no evidence trail.

    Quality headScores nobody trusts

HowWhat changes with AutoAudit

The same three problems, on the screens that solve them.

Real AutoAudit screens with sample data. In a walkthrough we route one of your own requirements.

01Late, scattered evidence

Every job on one board, with QC as the gate.

  • Scheduled, in-field, QC review, delivered — live for HQ and the client alike
  • Nothing reaches the client until a sampled review passes

Verified reports, not status emails

AutoAudit screen: Every job on one board, with QC as the gate.

02Assignment by phone call

Every requirement scored and routed.

  • Proximity, rating, domain, capacity and SLA history — weighted and tunable
  • The top match auto-assigns against an SLA clock

Assignment you can defend

AutoAudit screen: Every requirement scored and routed.

03Desk-filled audits

Every submission screened for integrity.

  • Geo-fence check-in, in-app capture with embedded EXIF, a time-motion model
  • Duplicate photos and repeated answers caught across the whole network

Escrow released only on evidence

AutoAudit screen: Every submission screened for integrity.

01The real screens

Four consoles. One live record.

02The operating model

One requirement. Four consoles. Zero hand-offs.

AutoAudit models the real audit supply chain instead of forcing it into a form builder. Each role gets its own console on the same live data.

03Demand routing

Nearest is rarely best. Best is often already full.

Every requirement is scored against every eligible territory manager on five weighted factors. Weights are tunable and re-rank in real time; the top match can auto-assign against an SLA clock.

  • Proximity35%
  • Rating20%
  • Domain expertise20%
  • Capacity headroom15%
  • SLA history10%
Hard filters

Inactive licences, managers above 90% capacity and anyone with an open dispute are removed before scoring. Beyond 25 km, a geo-decay pushes work to whoever is genuinely nearest — travel is the largest hidden cost in field audit.

04The operations floor

Four gates. Nothing skips the quality one.

QC is a hard gate: nothing reaches a client and no escrow is released until a sampled review passes. Disputes and rework get their own lane instead of disappearing into email.

    Scheduled

    Assignment

  4. 04

    Sealed

A sealed report to the client; escrow released to the auditor.

05Audit AI studio

Generation is cheap. Governance is the moat.

A client types what they want checked and gets a sectioned template with scoring, evidence rules and critical items. What the model may not do is the point.

  1. 01 · Brief“Check-in SOP audit, front office, five sections” — in the client’s own words.
  2. 02 · GenerateSections, items, scoring weights, evidence rules and critical flags.
  3. 03 · GovernCertified-base fork enforced, critical items locked, clause references pinned.
  4. 04 · DeployVersioned into the workspace and attached to the next requirement.
Guardrail 1

Regulatory grounding

Templates citing FSSAI, RBI, ISO or statutory clauses are pinned to a reviewed clause library — never invented at generation time.

Guardrail 2

Critical-item lock

The model cannot delete or soften a critical item inherited from a certified base. In regulated domains it must fork from one.

Guardrail 3

Evidence minimums

Photo and geo capture rules are enforced by the platform at run time, not requested in a prompt.

06Certified base library

1,048 reviewed templates. Deploy without generating anything.

Clause-locked, version-controlled and mapped to the regulation they enforce — with clause references, critical-item counts and live compliance averages on every row.

FAQQuestions we get about AutoAudit

Straight answers, before the call.

AutoAudit is an Autowhat AI product for compliance, retail-ops and quality heads running multi-site audits. Short, factual answers for buyers, procurement and the assistants people ask first.

In short. AutoAudit is an Autowhat AI product for compliance, retail-ops and quality heads running multi-site audits. It is built for compliance, retail-ops and quality heads running multi-site audits. It exists to remove the problems those teams describe in almost every first conversation: reports a week after the visit, in pieces; assignment by phone call that nobody can defend; and recycled photos and desk-filled audits that slip through. With AutoAudit, teams get every job on one board — scheduled, in field, QC, delivered, weighted, tunable auditor matching, and geo-fence check-in, in-app capture with EXIF, a time-motion model, escrowed payout. It connects to Geo-verification, Certified templates, Integrity screening and Escrow payouts, is used by HQ · territory managers · auditors · clients, and runs on web + auditor app. Like every Autowhat AI product, AutoAudit goes live on one site, lane or process first, usually within weeks, on managed cloud, in your own VPC or on-premises, and shares one operational record with the other products, so the second deployment reuses the data and integrations of the first.
