Integration
Gate ANPR and RFID Integration for Plants.
Every manual entry at the gate is a queue and a chance to mistype a vehicle number. Cameras and tags remove both.

Every manual entry at the gate is a queue and a chance to mistype a vehicle number. Cameras and tags remove both.
ANPR and RFID events feed the eight gate stages per truck, from gate-in to gate-out, so turnaround is measured to the minute. The gate supervisor’s handheld adds photos, the loading sheet and the safety checklist for each hop.
All six sources land on one record per trip in SCM for Manufacturers: the ERP dispatch sheet, carrier MIS files, FASTag and SIM, GPS and carrier APIs, the gate handheld, and POD with reconciliation. Every conflict with what is already recorded waits for a person. See the control tower guide.
Automatic number plate recognition: cameras read the vehicle number at entry and exit, so the gate does not type it.
Not always. ANPR works for any vehicle; RFID tags suit regular or own-fleet vehicles. Either gives exact gate timestamps.
See it on your own data. SCM for Manufacturers puts the plant gate, carriers, RDC stock, cold chain and OTIF on one control tower. Book a 30-minute working session with an engineer.
