• Why the Nearest Auditor Is Rarely the Right OneAssigning field audits by distance and phone calls ignores capacity, domain expertise, rating and SLA history, and leaves no record of why someone was chosen. We argue for hard filters first, then a scored decision with visible weights, which is how AutoAudit routes every requirement.
• What AI Must Never Change in an Audit TemplateAI can draft an audit checklist from a sentence, but it can also invent citations, soften critical items and turn evidence rules into suggestions. We argue the model should never touch clause references, critical items or evidence minimums, which is how AutoAudit’s AI studio is governed.

• Field Audit Management for Multi-site BusinessesField audit management runs physical audits across many sites from requirement to verified report and payout. It breaks at assignment by phone, evidence sent later on WhatsApp and skipped review. Use one template per service, assign by explainable rules, capture evidence in-app at site, make QC a gate and pay auditors on verified work.
• Retail Store Audit Checklist: What to IncludeA retail store audit checklist covers exterior and signage, merchandising, stock, pricing, hygiene and safety, expiry, staff and records. Write each item so two auditors answer it the same way, mark critical items that fail the audit alone, set an evidence rule per item, weight sections and version the checklist.
• Fake Field Audits: How to Detect and Prevent ThemFake field audits show up as gallery or recycled photos, impossibly fast completion, identical answers across sites and check-ins away from the site. Prevent them with geo-fence check-in and mock-location detection, in-app capture with embedded location and time, time-motion checks, duplicate checks, sampled QC and payout only after QC passes.

• Multi-site Audit Rollout: One City, Then a NetworkRoll out field audits in stages: discovery of sites, services, rules and templates; a pilot in one city on one service line with every audit reviewed; fixes to items and evidence rules; then scale with territory managers, routing tuned to your SLA and QC sampling stepped down to policy.

• Comparisons

• Spreadsheet and WhatsApp Audits vs an Audit PlatformSpreadsheet and WhatsApp audits work for a few sites with your own staff. At hundreds of sites with external auditors, a governed platform adds versioned templates with locked critical items, scored assignment, in-app evidence with location and time, integrity checks, QC as a hard gate and payouts released only after QC passes.
