Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance. We acknowledge within 72 hours and respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Write to the Grievance Officer at privacy@autowhat.ai, or Autowhat AI and Automations Pvt. Ltd., 6th Floor, Plot No. 53/1, Visheshwar Nagar Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, India. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request within 72 hours and may ask for a reply from the email we hold to verify it.
  2. We act within 30 days: a data export in a readable file, a correction, an erasure confirmation, or a written answer to a grievance.
  3. Erasure removes your enquiry, assistant and CRM records. We keep only the record that the request was made, as the law requires.
