AboutAutowhat AI
Autowhat AI builds operational AI — systems that run on the plant floor, in the fleet, at the distributor, in the field and on the finance desk. thirty-four products across four suites, each designed around how the work actually happens, for enterprises wherever they operate.

01What we build
Every product starts from the same place: the process as it really runs. Pick the suite closest to your bottleneck.
02Inside every product
The same building blocks recur across the portfolio — so a solution proven in one industry is ready for the next.
Requests read, routed and approved; work that moves through WhatsApp, email and voice without retyping.
Xforce · Sampark · AI Calling · AutoROCCameras and phone photos measured against a spec — pieces, grains, gates and kitchens.
AutoQC · GrainGrade · AutoAudit · EduWatchPhysics and solvers that test a decision before it reaches the plant or the road.
Furnace Twin · FreightPlan · Warehouse OS · Production & ProcurementCompany memory that answers in plain language, with every number traced to its source.
Vidyanta · Terminal X · ColdWatch · SCM for ManufacturersERP and SAP, BACnet and Modbus, GPS, cameras, regulator portals — connected, not replaced.
SCM for Transporter · Distributor Management · Account Payables03Founders
Three backgrounds that rarely meet: the numbers, the plant floor and the process. Together they decide how every Autowhat system is designed.

06What we believe
First we understand how a business actually runs — people, processes, systems, value streams, bottlenecks and leakages. Then we apply AI and automation designed around it.
Waiting, rework, over-processing and the rest of the classic process wastes — found and removed across enterprise workflows.
Processes made consistent, controlled and measurable at every operational touchpoint.
Operational data turned into insight leadership can act on — the day it happens, not at month-end.
07How we work
The same method whether the system is a WhatsApp desk for a fleet, a quality camera on a line or a digital twin of a furnace.
People, systems, bottlenecks and leakages on one map.

FAQCommon questions
The questions buyers and assistants ask most about About Autowhat AI.
In short. Autowhat AI is a Mumbai-based company that builds operational AI for enterprises. It was founded by Priyesh Patel, Founder and CEO, with co-founders Mukesh Kumar and Akanksha Agarwal, and is run with directors Sandip Vartak and Rajesh Chakrabarty. More than fifty AI engineers and process specialists build the products and stay with them after launch. The company's method is simple and repeatable: map how the work actually runs on site, name where time and money leak, write the acceptance criteria with the customer, then ship the system and keep the same engineers on the calls. That method has produced thirty-four products across operations, commercial, insight and enterprise suites, used by plants, transporters, warehouses, banks, colleges and public-sector control rooms. Products run on WhatsApp for frontline staff and on one shared record for managers, and deploy on managed cloud, a customer VPC or on-premises hardware, with data residency in India when required.
