Digital twin development

Plant, warehouse, and supply-chain digital twins—live telemetry, simulation, and decision rehearsal on your operational data.

Plant, warehouse, and supply-chain digital twins—live telemetry, simulation, and decision rehearsal on your operational data.

We build operational digital twins—not showroom renders—anchored to telemetry you already collect: gate events, weigh readings, bay dwell, fleet positions, inventory nodes, lane ETAs, and exception logs. The twin becomes a shared surface for plant, logistics, and commercial teams to rehearse decisions before they commit trucks, shifts, or capex.

Engagements combine our logistics and data engineering practice with governance your IT/OT security teams expect: identity-scoped views, audit trails, and deployment options from managed cloud to VPC or on-premise connectors beside SCADA and ERP.

What this means in production

Plant & perimeter twin

Synchronise gate, security, weighbridge, and loading reality so throughput, TAT, and energy or asset utilisation can be explored in context—not in disconnected spreadsheets.

Supply chain & network twin

Model lanes, hubs, inventory positions, and partner handoffs to stress-test disruptions, seasonality, and policy changes before they hit live operations.

Scenario rehearsal

Run what-if on demand spikes, fleet derate, port delays, or SKU mix shifts with explicit assumptions so leadership can align on trade-offs instead of debating anecdotes.

Data contracts first

Twins fail when feeds are aspirational. We start with authoritative sources, latency budgets, and reconciliation rules so the model stays trustworthy month after month.

Phased depth

Begin with a high-signal slice (for example a single plant line or a priority lane), prove operator adoption, then widen topology and fidelity—without boiling the ocean.

Composed with Autowhat products

Where AutoGate, fleet, or vendor-payable already run, the twin inherits live truth faster. Where they do not, we integrate to the systems you already treat as systems of record.

How rollout is structured

  1. 01 · Discover & map

Inventory assets, data streams, and decisions you want to simulate. Agree fidelity targets and security boundaries with IT, OT, and business sponsors.

  2. 02 · Build & calibrate

Stand up the twin core, wire integrations, tune physics or queueing logic where needed, and validate against historical windows your operators trust.

  3. 03 · Operate & extend

Launch operator consoles and review cadences; add scenarios and alerts as confidence grows. Roadmap optional ML overlays once the deterministic spine is stable.

Bring to discovery

  • Topology sketch (sites, lanes, key SKUs or materials)
  • List of authoritative feeds (ERP, TMS, telematics, gate, WMS)
  • Security classification for each feed
  • Three decisions you wish you could rehearse monthly

Common questions

Is this separate from AutoGate or fleet products?

It can stand alone or wrap existing deployments. Twins often accelerate adoption because teams see the same reality from different angles.

Do you replace our SCADA or MES?

No. We read and publish where your governance allows—coordination and simulation without rip-and-replace of control infrastructure.

How long until we see a first usable twin?

Depends on data readiness and scope. A focused plant or lane slice can be scoped in a working session; multi-site programmes follow a staged roadmap.

Scope a plant or network twin

Send the footprint you want to model first, the systems that should feed it, and the decisions you need to rehearse—we respond with an engineering-led plan and honest feasibility notes.
