Work out collection efficiency for a month, and the cure and roll-forward rates for one bucket.
Collection efficiency = amount collected ÷ amount due × 100. Cure rate = accounts that returned to current ÷ accounts in the bucket at the start × 100. Roll-forward rate = accounts that moved to the next bucket ÷ accounts in the bucket at the start × 100. Lenders define these slightly differently, for example whether arrears and advance payments are included in collection efficiency; use the definitions in your own MIS.
