How it is calculated

Auto-match rate = records matched automatically by rules ÷ records to reconcile × 100. Total match rate = (auto-matched + manually matched) ÷ records × 100. Open breaks = records − auto-matched − manually matched. Share aged = open breaks older than your threshold ÷ open breaks × 100. Count records on one side of the recon consistently, and remember that a match rate is only meaningful if the matches are correct. Read reconciliation matching rules.

Questions

How is reconciliation match rate calculated?

Records matched divided by records to reconcile, as a percentage; auto-match rate counts only those matched by rules without manual work.

What is break ageing?

How long an unmatched item has been open; the share of breaks older than a set threshold shows whether breaks are being worked or left to age.
