Geofence attendance: check-in only when staff are actually on site.
A geofence is an invisible boundary around a site. Attendance inside it counts; attendance from home does not.

Geofence attendance accepts a check-in only when the employee’s live GPS location is inside a radius set around the work site, for example 20 to 50 metres.
| Site | Typical radius | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Small office or shop | 20–30 m | Tight boundary; little GPS drift indoors |
| Warehouse or plant | 50–100 m | Large footprint; several gates |
| Construction or field site | 100 m or more | Open area; weaker GPS |
Xforce runs attendance, leave, tasks and payroll inside WhatsApp. Employees check in by sharing their live location, which must fall inside the geofence set for that site, and a live selfie; Xforce records the time and asks for a reason if they are late or leave early. Leave is applied for in a WhatsApp flow and approved with one tap; tasks are typed in plain language and closed with photo or file proof; payroll is generated in one click from the hours actually tracked, and payslips arrive in the chat as PDFs. It replies in English, Hindi or Marathi, and managers use a web portal with role-based access.

Small offices often use 20–30 m, warehouses and plants 50–100 m, and open field sites more; test on site before going live.
Static or typed locations can be. Requiring live location plus a live selfie makes it much harder.
