Guide · Leave

Leave management on WhatsApp: one thread, one tap, one record.

Leave requests arrive as calls, texts and no-shows. Nobody remembers who approved what.

How it works

  1. The employee opens a leave form inside WhatsApp: type, dates, reason.
  2. The request goes to their approver: employer, head of department or team lead.
  3. The approver taps Approve or Reject.
  4. The employee is told immediately; the leave is on record.
  5. Approved leave flows into attendance and payroll.

Set your policy once

Casual, sick and other leave types, and how they count, differ by company. Configure them once, and the system applies the same rules to everyone.

How Xforce does it

Xforce runs attendance, leave, tasks and payroll inside WhatsApp. Employees check in by sharing their live location, which must fall inside the geofence set for that site, and a live selfie; Xforce records the time and asks for a reason if they are late or leave early. Leave is applied for in a WhatsApp flow and approved with one tap; tasks are typed in plain language and closed with photo or file proof; payroll is generated in one click from the hours actually tracked, and payslips arrive in the chat as PDFs. It replies in English, Hindi or Marathi, and managers use a web portal with role-based access.
